I read the info and I couldnt find how long the IGF is good for once it is mixed with the dilutent. For instance if you purchase 1mg of powder and mix the dilutent with it as long as it is kept refrigerated how ling is it good?

Ok I read the post again and I think I have it now. Superior Research has it already supended in BA (I am assuming I couldnt find where it says that on the website) and I load the desired mcg and then load the sterile water? Also it doesnt need to be stored cold when only in the BA. I am hoping I read this correct. Example if I have 1mg IGF1 in BA and I load the insulin syringe to 10 it actually has 100 mcg and then I backload the sterile water?

I posted this somewhere else but I just received some IGF-LR3 from SR. It comes in lyphosized form (powder). It includes 10ml of sodium chloride to mix with IGF to get a 100mcg per ml ratio. It clearly states in instructions to NOT USE BACTERIOSTATIC WATER, USE ONLY SODIUM CHLORIDE PROVIDED WITH IGF. I also emailed them about backloading syringe with bacteriostatic water and they told me to definetly not do that. No mixing of Sodium Chloride and Bacteriostatic water.

Sorry didn't get back to ya sooner guys. You can mix however much sodium chloride you want with IGF, you just have to calculate dosages. 5mg sodium chl. would be 500mcg per ml, 10mg sodium chl. would be 100mcg per ml, etc. Once you receive the IGF you have to mix sodium chloride in slowly with IGF (careful vial has vacuum and will empty syringe too fast if not careful). Then it does have to be stored in fridge after that. It will be good for 8-12 weeks once refridgerated. You will have used up all of solution by 4th week in most cases though.

I assume you mean ml? And I believe your math is off, wouldn't 5ml give you 200 mcg per ml?

Its almost off-putting it sounds so complicated; so is this correct then;
it either comes as powder to be mixed with sodium chl or ready mixed with BA. If ready mixed in BA then you can draw out just as much as you need e.g. 100mcg and dilute it with the Sodium Chl.
Alternatively,
If it comes as lyphosized form (powder) then you can't help but mix it all at once and then it must be stored refrigerated to last 8-12 weeks.
Sounds like its less hassle to buy it mixed in BA and draw and dilute only when ready in your desired amount i.e. if its was 1mg per ml then you draw 0.1 ml to get 100mcg and then you could mix it with say 1ml the sodium chloride and take half straight away, stick the syringe in the fridge and take the other half the next day to get 50mcg each day.

No. On another thread buyb12 said that it doesnt come mixed in BA b/c if it did it would be dead by the time you got it. It always comes in powder form and you must mix it yourself. It's very unstable when mixed and must be kept in the fridge or it will break down.Originally posted by Mr incredibleSounds like its less hassle to buy it mixed in BA and draw and dilute only when ready in your desired amount i.e. if its was 1mg per ml then you draw 0.1 ml to get 100mcg and then you could mix it with say 1ml the sodium chloride and take half straight away, stick the syringe in the fridge and take the other half the next day to get 50mcg each day.
Originally posted by buyb12actualy it is in powder. Igf is very stable in the powder form. onceit has been reconstatuted it must be kept just above freezing. 96 out of 100 times the igf shipped id liquid form is dead..... anyone who tells you other wise has no clue what they are talking about........I consulted a mirco biologist.
We ship it with sodium Chloride

from all of the other posts I have read this is what I understood... it is not unstable if shipped in BA and does not have to be stored in the fridge, but if it is mixed with another dilutant, say sodium chloride or Bac water, then you are correct it is unstable and must be stored cold.Originally posted by SloppyJoNo. On another thread buyb12 said that it doesnt come mixed in BA b/c if it did it would be dead by the time you got it. Ok Mine arrived today and it comes in powder only form. A 10ml container of the soduim chloride comes with it. The funny thing about that is the vial will only hold about 3-4 ml in it. So mixing the whole 10ml isnt an option. I mixed 2.5 ml or sodium chloride in the vial. I am wanting to take 50 mcg a day so I figured it out to be 12.5 on an insulin pin. It seems like a very minute amount when you look at it because there isnt much liquid. Anyway I started today taking in 2 times a day. I know its the first day but I had unbelievable pumps during my back workout and I never have good pumps in my back. I am looking forward to the next 5 weeks.
