      I love this, this is what I can't get people to understand at my gym that are always asking about steroids. I have to choke food down every day. Had one guy come to me the other day and said he took some test and did not get a bunch of gains off of it. I asked him what he eats and how many calories he takes in. "He skips breakfast and eats an average lunch and snacks before he goes to bed" I wish I could have found the D.A** that sold him something and did not tell him anything better than that. :madfu: :madfu:

        Agreed, Bouncer. Lotsa guys at my gym who have run many cycles (and heavy cycles), yet still look fairly average because they didn't have a clue how to eat properly. The importance of getting enough protein (and overall calories), eating from the proper food sources, and the timing of meals cannot be overstated!!!

            Well said. I know to many people who's been workingout for way to long without any progres cause they eat like shit lift like bunch of pussies and they all looking for a short cut.

              I agree, eat right, train hard and then maybe take the sauce. I think we should all make it our personal responsibility to make sure people we know that use AS know how to use them properly and are researching everything.
