  • creatine pre and post workout?

    does anyone see any benefits to taking it pre and or post workout.

        yes. i also mix up 5g with gatorade and sip it during heavy resistance training.

            one more question i was under the impression that with creatine it is best to supp for about 3-4 weeks take 3-4 off and go back on?

              I dont cycle it off and on, I just use on training days pre and post.. It works very well this way...

                  I have always used 45min before workout with great results. Never used post work out will give it a try.

                    ya thats what i was doin but i felt like it was to much maybe ill give it a try again see how it turns out i did feel like my strengh and endurance was better when i took it pre workout. whether that was just me psyching myself up im not sure. i only ask all these questions because although i have been lifting for like 5 years i have never used any type of creatine so i guess i just have to learn how my body works while supplemening it.

                      im with you i take it before workout and it seems to jack me up! now if this is in my head only i dont know but i works for me. i was also told to take on empty stomac. dont know if thats true or not either. on that note creatine dosnt do much for me execpt get me fired up to workout (witch is good enough for me)
