thanks man... yea i'm gonna take it light for a while and try not to aggrevate it any further. i managed to work tris real light last night just with cable movement and light kickback, no heavy overhead movements, and there didn't seem to be a whole lot of discomfort just still sore though. i'll keep you updated and let you know if there's any changes with it.Originally posted by pocketherculesMaybe you stopped before you hurt it to bad, but I would still be very careful and take my time. best of luck
