  • How Does My Cyle Look...and some questions

    I am taking a shot of omnadren eod (1000ml/week) for 10 weeks, and russian d-bols 20mg ed.

    My Goals: Increase weight from 220lbs to 225lbs-230lbs, Increase overall strength.

    My Stats: BW-220lbs
    BF%-15%
    H- 5'8"
    Bench- 375lbs
    Squat-540lbs
    Dead- 500lbs

    My diet consists of near 5000cals , 220grams of protein , etc

    My question is cardio going to hinder my gains? I would like to drop to near 10% BF and maintain a 225lb-230lb weight? Is this w/in reach.

    Also I have 5mg d-bols should i space them throughout the day or take em all at once

      The only reason for the d-bols is cause i have 200 of them just sitting around.
      As for leaning out its not that important, mainly looking
      for bulk.

        dbol has a very short half life and should be taken at least 3x a day, i take em 4x a day when i run it.... by the way how long are you planning to run the dbol?

          I have enough d-bols to run about 8 weeks if i take 4 a day

            this isn't about your cycle, but try more than 220 gms of protein, especially since at 5000 cal, 220 gms of protein is about 17% of your caloric intake from protein. Also, if you want to gain weight, you might need a bit more...

            or maybe you grow on less, I don't know

              You should definetly hit the weight you are wanting. You will lose some regardless of your pct with the d-bol. Cardio shouldn't hurt you, you probably would want to seperate the cardio from your workout. example cardio in the morning, workout afternoon. IMO everyone should be doing cardio. I don't think anyone should be on gear without keeping their heart in shape.

                agree...i would definately suggest adding a lot more protein in your diet espcially while you are on as your protein synthesis is increased.
