  • Igf for newbies

i was curious if Igf would be a a decent notion for a first timer just to gain a few and lean out a little more? I think i understand the process of what to do and how to do it; but ive never done a an injection before i understand that with a small amount usually it is best given in the deltoids if IM but ive heard people who prefer Sub? just wanted a little input about my choice. :nerdnew:
oh and would i need something like nolva

thanks for the advice i know what they are and i am 5 11 and 160 im lean already thats why i thought i would be able to benefit from the IGF. The reason i asked if nolva was nec was because many other people had written in there q&a about igf and i wasnt sure if it was because most of them used igf for pct with nolva

Were you running gear at the same time? I am planning on starting the igf r3 and I am currently running 375mg Test Cyp every 4 days.

If your running a 12 week cycle its best ran at the beginning of the cycle and again towards the end through PCT. Shouldn't run it for longer than 45 days straight IMO, as results will diminish as your receptor sites get filled. If you only have enough to run one 30-45 day cycle I would save it till the end of your Test C cycle. Eat. . Eat . . Eat

I am already in the midst of my 5th week on the cyp, and I do not plan on starting the igf for another few weeks. Oh, and yes it is a 12 week cycle.

Rado, i've been thinking about IGF did you get any strength gains from it and if you did was it gains that you kept. You mentioned having trouble with hypo. I am already Hypoglcyemic and was curious to see what your normal blood sugar was before you started taking it and what it droped to. My normal B.S. is in the mid 70's to low 80's, when I have bad spells it drops in the upper 50's to lower 60's. My question is, was it something that gave you a lot of trouble or just an occasional inconvenience?

rado you gained 1/2 inch on your calvs? if so thats easly worth the price witch is also around what you payed. do you keep that 1/2 inch or did it go away with the pumps after stopin the igf-1? thanks for your time.

IMO not worth the $$$...For that kind of price(and I paid mid 100's)I would rather get gear(lots of it) and do that. It was something I wanted to try like most people on the boards want to do. Some hate it(most people) and few love it. Not everyone reacts from the Igf as to why there are so many bias opinions on it.

I ran into hypo once, I was careless. Thank god for my GF who was there to take care of me, it was very scary, very. All of a sudden I felt weak, I couldn't even utter a word, I almost couldn't even move. I had to signal to my GF I needed apple juiice pointing to the fridge and then pointing to my mouth.

You guys need to be careful with it. If you're easy on becoming hypo, I would stay away. Most people that are reading the boards are like "Yea, Igf I'm going to do it" and have no idea as to WTF it does or how really to use it.

I've been around the boards for quite sometime now and over the years I've seen more people jump on the bandwagon on what everyone else is doing.

Have any of you who are wanting to try this done any cycles? If so, what kind and why do you want to do Igf? You can get the same gains from a test/eq or prop/eq cycle and doing the proper pct, diet, training and rest...Why pay so much money? I know most of you will try it anyway, but read up on it. Your protein intake also has to be really high, not the usual 1.25-1.50 per lb......

To me, the main benefit from it would be the potential to create new muscle cells. That's a life-long benefit if it really works and would be worth the $.
