  • Zambon recipe?? Spidey help me please!

Hey guys!!! I really need help. :thumbsdow

I commonly make my conversions for personal use winny using such as those that are used commonly: BA, BB, Poly80

    Winny 5 gr
    AB: 2.7%
    BB: 20%
    Poly80: 2.8%
    Water up to 100 ml

and never have problems on the matter, nor to my friends to whom I do to them... But one of them has a strong reaction with it, causes pain, edema and reddening to him (but the rare thing is that he use another steroids that also I have prepared to him with the same solvents, and anything happens!, just with winny :hmmm: ), whereas it does not happen to nobody of us. I choose to use another one converion like which it uses Zambon, I tried to find zambon recipe but I canīt find it. I could find the reagents that they use but no information about the amounts and the procedure to follow....

    Winny (obviusly! )
    Sodium Phosphate Dibasic
    Polisorbate 80
    Sodium Merthiolate
    Sodium Chloride
    Water for inyectable use

Anybody can help me with this? I know Spidey has much experience with conversions, for that reason Spidey I request aid to you, the aid of others also will be welcome.

is it possible that he has particularly problems with the micronization degree of particles in suspension? In appearance the finished product is seen very fine, does not believe that was the problem, but no longer I have more ideas.

Thank you very much and I wait anxious for your answer! :P

      Thanx Skyefire...

Yes, he has already used polysorbato 80 with testosterone suspension that takes the same solvents as winny, and he did not have any kind of problem.... That's what I don't understand.
Most importantly, he told me that he has already had bad experiences with other winny products, but not with zambon, for that reason I tried to find out how is its conversion....

Somebody has already had a similar experience with winny? :(

If everything else is the same then it has to be the winny. Did you do a melting point test on it? (or your prefrace). Also just so I am clear you ment BA instead of AB correct? Spidey should be around sometime, hes just swamped right now.

          Thanks again bud...

Yes, I had the possibility of checking all the powders that I have conversioned by means of HPLC, and all the results were superior to 99%. I am completely sure it's winny. And I have put him the correct relation of solvents as I told in the first post. The amazing thing of this, is that he is the only one person that happened it, whereas to my nor to my other friends never it has happened to us....

Thank you very much for your dedication bud and I wish you a happy new year to you! For you and all those of the forum.

And I stare waiting for the spidey answer when he can do it! :woot:

As I replied in my PM to you, Zambon just suspends micronized winny in bac. water; no other cosolvents. They just use a very fine powder; I am told less than 0.8 microns. The finer it is, the longer it will stay suspended without settling out.
