Ok,well i had a Dnp thread a while ago but had to stop posting after a few days due to a vacation where a computer was not available. My results are mixed,while i sweated like hell,i dont seem to have lost too much fat,maybe the water weight has gone completely. Overall i suggest not using DNP,but i had to try it for myself to believe it.So that brings me to my cycle coming up,cutting fat the old fashion way.....steroids,diet,e/c/y and cardio
My cycle is not set in stone and wouldnt mind hearing suggestions on best way to produce fat loss/lean body mass.
What i have:
60ml of Test E 200mg/ml
60ml Test Prop 100mg/ml
60ml of some test,and deca ester mix or something,i really dont know for sure as it was thrown in for free extra
e/c/y stack,enough to be taken 2 or 3 times a day for 12 weeks
50ml of winny at 25mg/ml
was thinking about tren ace. but probably going to stay away
and my pct,and protein and all that.
I would love to hear suggestions on how someone else my stack them,i have never done EOD injects nor used prop before,so i am a tad worried but not much.
My idea is prop weeks 1-12 or 14 and test e 500mg 1-the same,and just add winny at the end and use e/c/y all the way through...again,i am very open for suggestions.
Now onto the most important part of this cycle is how i am gonna diet.Understand that what i have access to is limited,so i have tried my best to work with what i got.
7am- 8 egg whites and 2 whole eggs,bowl of granola cereal with skim milk
8am-lift
9:30am (or immediately after working out)- protein shake (looking for something else to add with it,maybe a banana?scoop of peanut butter?suggestions wanted)
10am-2pm- work (possibly thinking of eating a snack in the middle of this time,not sure what is best...access to protein shake isnt possible)
2:30pm- cardio
3:15-3:45pm depending on cardio- tuna sub on wheat bread with onion and tomato,also with either corn,green beans,or rice and pinto beans
5:30- ???? (this is where i am not sure what would be good.was thinking of tuna or something along those lines,but not sure)
8pm or so- 6 egg whites, 1.5 egg yolk
before bed- protein shake
Now i realize this isnt perfect,and it does seem like not alot of food,thats why i am running it by here. Suggestions wanted badly,try not to burn TOO bad
