Hi guys im kinda new here, i found this site and have learned tons of of it. i have been working out for a year and a half now and been doing it seriously for about 10 months. i have gained quite a bit both size strenght and knowledge. but for the last while i have been stuck and have not gorwn much in terms of size although strenght is still improving. i completely started a new workout schedual and am really tryign to eat propperly and like a monster. i have been taking creatine and protine and whatever else they sell at the stores and i know it only takes you so far. i have been wanting to try my first real cycle of test. i am 19, 5-10 160 pounds very defined i just need raw bulk. i was wondering if i should consider juice at this time in my gym experience it is quite depressing going day after day with no visable improvments i have tired lots to break the plateu and no success.
any advice on first cycle if any at all?

You have to remember that strengh always comes before size. If you are still getting stronger just stick with it and you will soon see a size diffrence. Also if you are always looking at your body for change you will more than likely over look what has changed. Changing your body takes time so just be patient. As for AS, i would say wait till you are atleast 21. And that is only if your diet and exercise are in check and you have hit a wall.I am 22 and luckily i can still grow naturally. Before you consider them you have to know a good bit about them. People on a board can only help so much. So do your research.

IMO sauga, if you want raw bulk, your bf at 5.6% tells me your diet is not right for bulking. First I'd say post the complete diet. You can still eat clean and make your gains, but I think you might be eating too clean or doing too much cardio. I'm thinking you may want to take the bf up to around 10%. I'm almost betting your body is starving for something to grow on, feed it. JMO.

I'd listen to them. I'm 26 6'1" and 188 lbs. and I did the same thing you did a few weeks ago, asking if steroids were the only thing lacking in my routine. At may age and weight, I'd be a slightly better candidate for steroids than you but the people in this forum helped me revise my diet and routine and I noticed an almost immediate jump. We've got some powerful training Yodas in this forum so I'd listen otherwise you might just end up wasting your money.

agree...from your bodyfat, i would say you are nto consuming enough calories to gain muscle. you don't have to get fat but you should keep your diet clean and take in extra calories to gain mass. but post the diet.

please! it makes it much easier to understand. be sure to put approximate sizes of the food example: 6 oz chicken breast, 1/2 cup white rice, 2 table spoons of beanut butter 2 slices WW bread and so on.

Once you get it all down for us, you might also want to plug it into http://www.fitday.com/WebFit/Index.html it's a pain in the butt the first time, but it's a pretty good tool. Post people aren't taking in near what they think they are.
