My friend just took some gear and i think it had some bateria in it, cause his leg seized up and was really sore for a couple days. anyway i know that rapid heating and cooling kills bateria. Would it be ok if i heated the gear up it the oven and the put it in the freezer to kill the bateria in the bottles ?

The ba in it should have killed all the bacteria with in a few days of conversion. Plus the sterile filter also sterilizes if by filtering out bacteria at time of conversion. However, if your still not convinced you could bake it at 170-200f for 15 min then imediately put it into the fridge (not the freezer) until its room temp. If your gonna mess with it pick up an oven thermometer to adjust your stove appropriately, wouldn't want to bake it at too high of temp.

First, just because his leg hurt for a few days doesn't mean it has bacteria. EVERYONE'S leg hurts for a few days after a shot; especially of tren or prop. It is just the nature of the beast. Either deal with the pain or don't inject; simple.
If the pain went away after a few days, it is likely NOT contaminated with bacteria as an infection rarely resolves on its own. If he had an infection, it would have kept getting worse until he went to a doctor and got some antibiotics. Cellulitus (infection in the muscle bed) is serious and extremely painful.
Finally, heat (or heat and cold) is not the best way to sterilize your gear. Filter it through a sterile 0.2 micron filter into a sterile vial. The filter will catch all the bacteria as well as spores. Heating will not affect spores so you are still risking a staph or fungal infection.
