Hey im sean im 16 years old im a sophmore in high school and im 6' 162 pounds i bench press 155 squat 205 incline 140 i run a 4.52 forty as you can see not very strong for my weight... my football coaches are counting on me next year to be starting tail back but i need some serious help... im not bulky at all im actually skinny.....can anybod tell me what i should take to gain about 25-40 lbs in 7 months.. i have been thinkin bout deca stacked with test but im no expert im looking to gain mass and strength... but i also need to drop my fourty into the 4.4 maybe 4.3 range does anyone have any recomendations on what to take??????
