    ADVICE PLEASE!

    HI im a newbie, iv just bought deca (dutch make) and sustanon 250 (pakistan make) two questions will both work well together and is there anyway of spotting if either is fake i have 5xdeca and 6xsus what cycle would you recomend and on what days should i take both.

      why would you buy thoes things and not know if they work together? or know how to take them? id be happy to help you to the best i can but i need alot more info. age ,weight, BF%, diet, goals, cycle experance, mgs per ml, ect.

          thx for reply i went on two cycles 2 years ago havent trained for 8 months want to get back in to shape for summer, i took same course last time. i injected deca on mond and sus on thur iv been told to take deca on sun and sus on thur as i train mon wed fri, im 22 medium build 11 stones 5.10 or 5.11, last time when i came of juice i had really bad acne if you know how to avoid please say so, do you have any better reccomendations

            If you havent trained in 8 months it would be best not to run a cycle and just start training again, and get your diet in check. What are your goals for this cycle? and What does your routine look like?

            Also do not listen to whomever has been giving you advice about AS. Just reading your post from above it seems they dont know a whole lot either.

              You need to read the guidelines about posting and use the search button, because you sound like a big idiot...IMO.
