I have some british dragon dbol tabs comming in but they are 10mg because my source was out of the 5mg. I want to do no more than 20 to 25mg/day but I've done some research saying taking 2 pills twice a day is the least you want to take and it isn't that good because on training days, the half life is even less than off days. So, could I take one 10mg in the morning, then a half of a pill(5mg) in the afternoon then another 10mg in the evening to make 25mg? Or like break them all in half and take four pills 4 times a day to make 20mg? I could do 30mg a day but I would have to buy another bottle and cash is tight atm. The reason why I ask if I could take 2 whole pills and then take a half of a pill inbetween is to keep from taking so many every day and keep the drug active in my body throught the day.

This is a good way of keeping levels high while you're training. This method also gives your liver and lipids a little time off between doses. I've also heard that some people don't take it on off-days. I'm pretty sure this will slightly inhibit gains, but it might take some stress off your body. Stick with 30mg/ed two hours before training. On off days you might want to split the doseage.Originally posted by overallI found taking the whole dose 30-50mg 2 hours before training was best, as I believe it peaks in bloodstream in a couple of hours. Just my 2 cents

I agree with marty. I have one day of a week from dbol and take 40mg 2 hours B4 training. Works for me.Originally posted by metalmartyThis is a good way of keeping levels high while you're training. Not too much. The half life of anything has variables as well... it can be slower or faster depending on how your body processes it and what else is in your body at the time. What usually occurs with Dbol in two hours is a spike in blood content, so that would be the ideal time to start training. Dbol's half life is estimated to be three to six hours, so as long as you don't wait too much longer than two hours you should still feel the full impact of the drug.Originally posted by 1badMFThat does sound sensible metal. The only thing is I can't always garantee that I'll be at the gym 2 hours after taking the pill. Might be a half hour to an hour off. so like 2.5 to 3hrs after taking pills won't hurt will it?
