Eshophagal Erosion and d-bol tabs

I have done all my homework, and now im starting up ordered some Qv products including dbol tabs. whats up with this im hearing about the eshophagus evosion and taking dbol tabs, will I have this issue with the Qv tabs??? How can you prevent this from happening does it also happen with androl tabs? Does eating with the tabs help or hurt?

If you're prone to heartburn/reflux, you might want to consider taking Zantac or Pepcid to prevent any problems.
