  • the very first sign of GYNO???

I am EXACTLY 15 days after my first injection of test enanthate, 500 mgs a week (250 on Sun, 250 on Wed), and I think I have sensitive nipples. Has anyone else experienced it this early in a cycle?

After I showered today they were sensitive to the touch, as if someone had pinched them hard 5 or 10 minutes ago. They didn't hurt, I just didn't want anyone touching or bumping into them. Right now if I poke them they feel a bit...well...sensitive.

I think I'll start 10 mgs a day of nolvadex...

it's my first...I really don't know what to think other than gyno, I've never had that "just pinched" feeling in my nipples, and I don't exactly feel like saying, "uh, lemme give it the benefit of a doubt" and wait a couple weeks

A similar thing happened to me with my first cycle. I developed gyno w/in 2 weeks of taking test cyp- I guess im just sensitive. Get your hands on some letro asap and start using the nolva in the meantime.

If you really think it is gyno you should go with letro over nolva.

why? letro will stop the production of estrogen but what about the estro already floatin around you need nolva to block it from attaching to the receptors. letro would of been good from the start but he didnt know he was sensitive to gyno.

I've said this on multiple posts, but people still neglect to read and understand the difference. It's frustrating.

well I started with nolva, finally...I waited a week, and ironically, my nipples decreased a bit in sensitivity during the third week, I guess it was just that one flare-up in the shower that scared me. At the start of the 4th week (last Sun) I took 20 mgs of nolva, and I did last night too, and maybe it's in my head, but my nipples feel a tiny bit better...I guess I'll keep running it throughout

You may want to ramp up your dosage to about 30-40mg. Cause you probably are taking tamoxifen citrate, which means to get 20mg of tamoxifen from tamoxifen citrate, you need to take 30mgs.

if they feel ok at 20 mgs, should I hold there, or go up to 30?

if you feel ok no need to go higher! i kinda thought it was a lil early for you to feel gyno. i was thinkin you were just paranoid. but like you said its not worth the chance.

20mg of nolva per day should be plenty at that dose of test. Look into getting some arimidex to run with the rest of your cycle at .5mg ED or EOD also if you can.
