I am currently running t-400@640mg/week, Deca @ 416mg/week and dbol@ 50mg ed. This is my 4th week in. (I preloaded for 2 1/2 weeks with prop @ 100mg eod) my frist week of dbol was 30mged 2nd week was 40mged and 3rd and 4th weeks were supposed to be 50mged. I have cut back to 30 for the last week of dbol(only planed to run it for 4 weeks) due to the crazy lower back pumps. They are not painful but they are so intense that I cant even lean over the sink to wash my hands without leaning on the sink. Ive noticed it gets worse about 45-90mins after taking the dbol. The pumps are making deadlifts and shruggs unbearable. I have heard from some friends that dbol could be the culprit, i just wanted to conferm my assumptions. Is it the dbol?

I was wondering what the explaination was behind the pumps. I would have thought that a potassium defficiency would make me cramp, not get pumped beyond belief. So If I upped my dbol dossage back to 50mg/ed and ate more bananas, The pump would be less intense?

no reason to go to 50mg if 40 is giving you bad sides, thats just dumb bro. use the above to get over the sides you have. there is not reason to ramp it anyways thats an old myth. but bannanas help and and so do the sups but common sense should rule here; if 30 works without the pumps then use that. I didn't read your post carefully enough. I am sorry if that sounds sharp but too many people lately are putting there health in the last it should be, that is seconded place. Be safe in what you do and also how long are you going to run this? dbol should be limited to 6 weeks or lessOriginally posted by rookie000I was wondering what the explaination was behind the pumps. I agree with Skyfire here. Assuming that the problem is definatley the dbol (which is all we can do, assume), no need to continue at 50mg. Drop it back to 30 or 40 and discontinue after 5 weeks. Health has got to be a priority bro.

just the first 4 weeks of my cycle. and i only really started noticing the pumps whe i hit 50mg/day(i probably felt a little something @ 40 but didnt associate it with the dbol) now that i am back to 30mg/day, i dont notice it at all. so is it good to notice some sides but not unbearable ones? should finnish the week out @ 50, 40 or 30?

also. since i didnt know that dbol could cause excessive lowerback pumps, I also do not understand why the lower back pumps are detrimental to my health. I realize the associated risks with dbol but what about my lowerback pumps is risky. Does it just prove somehow that I am exceding what i really need?

I never thought that vitamin/mineral supplementation could help alleviate back pumps...by the very name "Back pumps" it is not a cramping problem...it is a blood volume/tissue volume problem as I see it. a muscle worked in a workout becomes pumped because the need to clean waste materials and receive more oxygen tells the body to pump blood to the area and with dbol bloat you have an extra volume already....then the area becomes saturated and cannot filter the extra volume out faster than its input....so I don't understand how potassium/or any vitamin/mineral could help with that?

nothing paticularly bad about them except that it is a sign of of the effects of the dbol. the dbol is causing the muscles to engorge, that is basically the problem of the back pump. it also effects your electrolite balances (water retention) as well as other things. If at 30 mg your seeing these effects its time to call it good and keep it there, no reason to push more of what is basically a harmful drug into your body when what your have is working just fine.Originally posted by rookie000also. since i didnt know that dbol could cause excessive lowerback pumps, I also do not understand why the lower back pumps are detrimental to my health. SC so far as I know it has something to do with your electrolites and the way your cells use water. I don't fully understand myself but I can atest that it works.

I just never had any relief from them whatever I did....expect to reduce the amount of dbol...I take Tbol exclusively now so I don't have to deal with that but even that gives my forearms pumps.Originally posted by SkyefireSC so far as I know it has something to do with your electrolites and the way your cells use water.
