dutasteride dosing

im natural for now and have started dutasteride at .125mgs a day, is this too little a dose, i want to stimulate some re-growth so keep that im mind. Any and all sugestions welcome. Peace

It's been stated on the hairsite that a .05 mg. daily dosage of Avodart produces approximately 90% "serum" DHT inhibition but only approximately 50% "scalp" DHT inhibition. While a daily dosage of 2.5 mg. produces approximately 100% "serum" DHT inhibition and approximately 80% "scalp" DHT inhibition. Depending on how much of the libido suppressing sides that you can handle will determine how much you should use. 0.125mgs per day should be an ok dose.
