I decided to to break up my 10mg tabs in halfs and take 5 halfs throughout the day 5 times a day. On weekends when I take my two days off of training, I'm going to take 1 day off and the other day im going to take my 25mg dose an split it up into 2 doses for that day. Example.. mon - fri: 25mg split up into 5 doses each at 5mg every 3 hours. Saturday: 25mg split by 2 doses at 12.5mg every 7 hours. Sunday: off.
I would do the whole 25mg dose 2 hours before training but my school and work schedule changed and I can't determin if I would be training 2 hours after taking the whole dose or not so I split it up. Anyways, what you guys think?
