  • Advice on Dball for me specifically

    first of all I'm 6ft tall and 175lbs. I have been working out for almost 2 years and only recently tried any type of supplement. I have taken (2) 3 week cycles of m1-a by legal gear recently and gained about 12lbs in 2months. I used legal gears formadrol extreme as a PCT.

    my diet is high in everything, approx 40-30-30 and about 3000+ calories daily.
    I get an average of 8 hours of sleep a night and I rarely drink and do not smoke. I'd also like to note that I am a hard gainer.

    I recently looked at russian dianabol and was wondering if taken as an only supplement would it possibly give me better gains than m1-a has for me. Also I experienced no noticable side effects with m1-alpha besides an occasional mood swing.

    My real question is this: How long should I take Dball for and what would be the best PCT? Also I heard Dball has a high estrogenic effect on the body and if anyone could reccomend an anti-est to take during and/or after the first cycle. Any input would be greatly appreciated as I am still a novice to supplements.

    You need way more calories, I 'd up it by at least a 1000 and go with that for now.

      I agree, my guess is your problem is your diet. Do some reading in the nutrition section. By using AS and not dieting correctly your gains will be minimal if any, then you will probably loose any gains shortly after due to your poor dieting.

        If just taking AS was the answer everyone would be a monster. Diet is everything, it takes total dedication,discipline and knowledge. Do some research and good luck

          thanks for the fast input guys. im not looking to be a monster or anything just gain some more weight. before i started working out i was 140. i looked like keanu reeves when they unhooked him from the matrix.

          anyway i'm going to look into the diet thread. thanks a bunch.

            No problem. Yeah compare your actual diet to some in the nutrtion section and you'll see why you were having trouble gaining.

                  Hello fellow ectomorph,

                  First and foremost, DIET DIET DIET. You need more Fat and in your diet due to your body type. Because of the insulin sensitivity of ectomorphs we have to watch out for simple carbs as they can send us into a catabolic hypoglycemic state.

                  Also I suggest highly against an oral only cycle. You will see good initial gains, but your homeostasis will not know how to adapt quickly enough and when you come off you will lose the gains FAST as your metabolism will actually ramp up to try to fight this "unatural" weight gain. I say up your fat intake (the good kinds). and overall caloric intake and you will see at least 15 more pounds of natural gain.
