    do you have some cycle whit AAS to recommend for beginning? :hmmm:
    I'm 179 centimeters and weight:81.5kg
    I have been training me for about 3 years, and I follow a diet that then I will post you in the suitable section, I have always integrated with proteins and at times cycles of creatina and glutamina, and from not too long of time also with gaba 5g + dhea 100mg a day.

      thanks for the answer , but the cycle on this forum, are equal for all the people, in the sense they could also work for me?
      or could they be subjective?

        but they are somewhat sujective in terms of dosage. starting dosages range (for test) from 300 to 600mg a week of your choice of test. given that your about 86kg 400mg of test a week would be a good starting dosage.

          sky do you think weight has something to do with the mgs per week someone needs!

                to an extent yes. but its nonlinear. a 300lb man will require more test then a 150lb man but not double the amount, more like 50 to 75%. 300mg might work for the 150lb as a min starting dose while the 300lb man might take 500mg as a min starting dose. JMO

                    Thanks to everybody.
                    But in my first cycle is better to start whit :

                    Test Enan 500mg wk = they are separated in 2/3 times to week, for example Monday 200mg, Wednesday150mg and Friday 200mg?
                    but from how much mg they are the amp of testo enan? for the weekly subdivision..

                    Eq 400mg wk , but what anabol is it? , equipose?? = them separated always for the 2/3 times a week?

                    arimidex 0.25mg daily = 507.25mg a week in total. This is for the GYNO??

                    DONT FORGET PCT = ???

                      You don't need steroids, you need a better diet and a better training routine. If you PM me I'll help you. You're too young for steroids. You can gain at least 30lbs of muscle without them.

                          this type of training is havy duty, heavy loads, good slow execution, is very heavy, in effects The thoughts to hold him for 6/8 weeks.

                          In the photos I was 75/76kg, they are 82kg now, I have put a mass.
                          Now my integration is:
                          before workout 35/40min ; mix whit 40gr pro 90% + 10gr. glutamine + 20gr carbo vitargo
                          after 40gr pro+35/40vitargo+10gr glutamine

                          in my diet there is everything, in the days of training, tall value of carbohydrates and proteins and fats, while in the dayI don't train, eats primarily proteins and carbohydrates from the vegetables, nothing fat, except those of the fish.
                          my problem, is that The drinks little!!! :)

                              That's ALOT of volume. You don't need to do that many exercises. Concentrate on doing 1 or 2 compound lifts per bodypart, and do 3-5 sets of each. Also, instead of training shoulders with legs, train anterior and lateral delts with chest and tri's, and train posterior delts with back. Also, just out of curiosity, what is "detach from earth"? I'm guessing calf raises maybe, but that's just a guess.....
