I think he knew the rules. he is just a spammer and a scammer hoping for a post to be up long enough for one or two newbies to be taken in. this is getting increasingly common now days as it is the same princible as email spam, even if you only get 5 hits out of a hundred postings your still money ahead as it cost you nothing to post the links up. I banned him 30 seconds after I saw and editted that post but how long was it up before then? well over 2 hours wich is more then enough time for plenty of people to view the link. if even one person is dumb enough to fall for it then hes made out.
