  • Oxodrol-12

    I have heard that Oxodrol-12 is good for gaining mass. Has anyone out there tried it? If so what are the pros and cons.

    Also I'm curious about V-50 by IDS. I have read the thread about stacking these...I'm just looking for more info.

    Thanks

                    Instead of Oxodrol-12 and V-50 what other "supplement" would you recommend? Besides your protein, creatine, & multi-vitamin. I'm talking about an OTC prohormone alternative.

                      What are your goals?

                      Post your stats, diet, training program etc...

                      No one here is going to promote any prohormone as a fix to your situation....

                        Stats:
                        26 y/o
                        6' 0"
                        190 lbs
                        23.4% bf
                        waist=38"
                        what else do you guys want?

                        Just so everyone knows at work they started this "Wellness" Program. It started back in the beginning of December back then i was 204 with a 41" waist and about 29% bf. I have been lifting since the beginning of January. I did have a personal trainer a few years ago. So hopefully he taught me well...lol.

                        I will be eating about 200-250g of protein on a 3,000 calorie diet per day. Then change my diet accordingly for the summer and winter months for cutting and bulking.

                        My goal:
                        185 lbs
                        10% bf
                        waist=32"

                        I have no desire to compete or anything like that. Assuming I stick to everything (diet, training, etc.) how long would you think it would take to reach my goals.

                        Thanks

                          Post your current diet (or planned diet) in the nutrition forum with a meal by meal/time by time format (read through the forum and you'll see what I mean).

                          Also, what is your BMR - there is a thread you can use with the proper math at the top of the Nutrition section.

                          Post your training routine (weights/reps/sets etc) in the Training forum and use a good format to lay it out.

                          Where do you work?

                            BMR:
                            192 lbs = 3298.7
                            144lbs = 2805.1 (lean weight)

                            I'm assuming i should stick with the lean weight value. I'll post up my diet and training program in the next day or two when i have more time.

                            Why do you want to know where i work?
