Tren or Var...What would be your preference

  • Tren or Var...What would be your preference

    I am trying to create a cycle specifically for strength to run over the summer(strongman season...June to Oct...13comps). It will be my 4th cycle. I know its going to be a long cycle. My only snag is I am not sure if I want to run test and var or test and tren. From what i understand, I should be able to run test/var for a much longer cycle the if I were to use test/tren. But from what Ive read, I will probably get better strength gains from using tren. My ultimate goal is to be the strongest possible at every comp. Just looking for the most logical choice.

      No one told me that. I am sure that I have read that because of vars low toxicity that you could run longer cycles then tren. From what I have read....compared to tren, var is very very mild for toxicity and side effects. Thats my only reasoning behind my statement. What dosages would you reccommend for a June to Oct cycle of test/tren. What i was thinking was running a base of somewhere between 400-600mg of prop or enth a week and playing around with the tren dosages to see how i get my best results. Like If I had a comp 3 weeks away I would ramp up the tren to the day of the comp and then if I had a comp 2 weeks later, I would slack back the tren for a week and then ramp it back up for the next comp. Something like that. I dont figure it would be to my benifit to run moderate dosages of tren for the whole summer(health wise). I could be wrong. Its just a long time from what I've read. I dont know if modulating the tren level would be benificial.

        the best advice that I can give is to pick one and then make sure you have a liver value blood screen ever few months...I myself would rather hit up tren for that long if I was you...anavar is hard on your cholesterol. or maybe alternate them every four weeks.

          Var is less toxic than other orals, but it's still an oral and I wouldn't run it for 5 months. I've run tren for longer than 5 months but if I was you I'd run enth for the whole 5 months and start the tren 10 weeks or so before your comp. Start with 100 mg EOD and see how you handle the sides. If it doesn't bother you too much you could try running 100 ED the last 4 weeks. For me, personally, tren isn't as harsh as some make it out to be. I get worse sides from Dbol.

            My comps actually start the fist of june and my last one is the second week of oct. I know I am pushing my luck with the duration. so starting tren 10 weeks before is out of the question. I was hoping to keep it close to the first comp....3 weeks before. I am running a test/deca cycle right now and if i start my next cycle too quick there will be more of a conflict between the cycles then there already is. (suggested time off after a cycle=or greater then time on) Maybe I should cut this cycle short to better prepare for the next one. So with a comp june 3rd...would i notice a large increase in strength with test(prop to kickstart then enth)/tren in 3 weeks or does it build up after time. If I tried something like this to start would it be best to also kick start with 40mg/day Ed dbol....

                You should notice strength gains right away from tren. You could switch off between tren and var. 30days tren/30days var throughout your cycle, with test the whole time.

                  That sounds reasonable. Would it still be wise to get blood tests at certan intervals durring the cycle?...when? What will I be looking for in the blood test results. Are there guys on here that could help interprut the results?

                    If you want to get it done during your cycle to see how you're doing, then go ahead. Get a full panel done, and I mean a full panel; Igf, DHEA, HDL/LDL/, Free test, and the regular....Some Dr's wont do them all, but insist.

                    Do you have insurance? If you do, then great. Also, if you do have insurance. Make sure you tell the Dr. when they submit your full panel to the insurance, that they(the Dr's office) wanted the the panel done. Otherwise, they will bill you for some of it.

                    I have a medical plan??? I live in Canada. I thought Blood Tests were covered....i could be wrong
