  • 6'7" 325lbs and rippin

    am 24 and just got done with College football and have never taken anything other than creatine. I dont know anything about "gear" really but I would like to try them. Right now I am 6'7" 325lbs around 23% body fat, during summer workouts I was 17% and 300lbs. I have had my friends tell me all sorts of stuff but I want to hear what other people that know what they are talking about have to say. I want to gain a lot of muscle mass but I also want it to be cut. I want to lower my body fat and just be big and more ripped. What should I take? What kind of diet do I need to be on and what are the do's and dont's? Someone please help me get started!

    first off you need to slow down and just read! read everything in the nutrition section thats where i would start. second its almost impossable to "get alot of muscle while getting ripped" once you figure out your diet (witch will take awhile) then you can look into gear! everyone here will tell you diet is the key! you need to drop about 40lbs so you have to start with the diet! dont let your friends tell you winny will get you ripped either! you came to the right place just take your time.

      Agreed with Rocket. At 325 lbs you allready have lots of muscle. All you have to do is get your diet in order,drop some weight and just watch your muscles appear. If you look at most bodybuilders they compete around 250 lbs, I know you are whole lot taller but than again you weigh 325 lbs. Even if you came down to 280 lbs you still will look huge. Remember less body fat you have bigger you'll look,even if you are lighter.

        Your a big man! With proper nutrition and training you can most likely go long way naturally.
