I need to loose some water weight for the beach and was wondering what everyone thought would work thanks

Lasix, ECA, clean diet, if on.. armidex.. lots of options that apply for different uses... Are you on and if so what are you taking how much etc.... Diet is the key factor here

lasix is a bit strong if you've never used it before, and it could be dangerous...I'd suggest you start with a weaker diuretic like aldactone
