After finishing my last cycle and taking a break from AAS since 14 October 2005 I've just commenced my first cycle back. I've had cholesterol, BP, and even fertility check done and everything is within normal range.
Now I'm gonna fuck it all up again LOL, Joking apart since saturday I'm doing 100mg oral winstrol per day for a month and then switching to anavar for a month.
I have test e, sust, eq and pro viron all lined up but I wanted to make some progressive gains and tighten up first without blowing up too quick.
Although my strength has held up well I seem to have lost the last three-four reps of a set with previous weights and my bf has increased.
I know winnie can scew your lipid profile and I need to loose some bf so I'm gonna watch my carb and fats intake and push my protien levels.
Any other suggestions?
