  • Looking to get Ripped

Hey guys I need help on running some gear to get ripped. I am 5'7 230lbs built like a brick shit house(very thick). Been lifting for over 25 yrs. If I had to guess my BF is prob. around 20%, actually was up to 260lbs after getting my neck fused 2 yrs. ago. I have 32 amps Schering Primo,10cc 200 mg bottle of Deca,2 bottles of Test Enth QV 250,bottle of EQ 10cc 500 mg from Golden Triangle and a bottle of 100 capsules 25 mg Winny also from Golden Triangle. I have to admit my expertise is not in gear, and is why I am posting. Not sure what to run together or first. My experiences with Primo in the past have been great as well as Winny(Zambons). I want to slowly change my Physique and this is all of the agents that I have right now. Thanks in Advance

I imagine you want to change your physique in terms of leanness. While that is a decent little stash, to lean out you'll need to focus more on your diet than your gear...so, what are your meals consisding of, and when are you having them? also, do you cardio at all?

My advice would be get your diet in check before you start your cycle. Gear will not get you "ripped". What does your current diet look like?

If your diet and training routine are "in check" then post them up.

agreed... get the diet dialed in while you research gear a little more...

the biggest mistake i made, was taking one persons advice, and jumping on deca only as my first cycle.... it is much smarter to know what you are doing.

Thanks for the responses guys, let me give you all a better description of myself. I have 25 yrs. experience behind me in the Iron Game. I have been training since I have been 12 yo. I competed in Powelifting meets and have gone into 4 bodybuilding shows all of which I competed NATURALLY!!!!! At 195 lbs I squatted 600 lbs on 3 different occasions, leg pressed 1200 lbs, 405 bench, upright rowed 315(no shit) cheat curled 250lbs for 4 reps, and shrugged 700 lbs for reps. As I mentioned earlier at 195lbs and yes ALL NATURAL, on my kids life. I have a very slow metabolism, it is real easy for me to put on mass. My diet isn't that of maybe one of you guys. 3x a week cardio on an empty stomach 1st thing in the morning, shower then I will have some Kashi Go lean cereal with 1 cup of skim milk, 1 cup of berrys, and 1 tbsp of flax meal mixed in multi vitamin mineral. 3hrs later nonfat yogurt with cup of fruit flax meal and 1 scoop protein powder. 3hrs later 1 cup brown rice can of tuna or chicken breast cup of veggies. 3hrs (usu b4 I train)2slices whole grain bread reduced or low fat Peanut Butter and strawberrys preserves 5 grams of glutamine, train, then after training grilled chicken or a piece of filet mignon cup of veggies, salad baked potato. Protein shake prior to bed. This is a good diet for me because I am busy with work and kids, plus my slow matabolism. I just need to know what order I should take what I have in order to lean my body out. Thanks

you sound pretty on top of things (and busy) so let me give you a resource -- www.fitday.com. You can enter every single thing you eat, every day, and it gives you your calories and a macronutrient breakdown.

Try eating a little more often, so speed up your metabolism a bit. 3 hrs might be a bit too long of a break between meals.

Also, you might want to add a fat burner of some sort to give your metabolism a boost.

If you are indeed built "like a shit brickhouse" (lol) then you may have a calorie deficit. I wouldn't worry about posting every nutrient breakdown as most of us can ballpark each meal. I will be back later tonight to cruise back over your diet but I'm headed to work so I don't have the time right now. Also, I wasn't intending to say that you don't know your ass from a hole in the ground - you would just be amazed at the amount of people who say "this is in check" but when they post something up (that is if they do actually post it) it still needs tweaking. I'll catch you on the flip side bro - in the mean time - post your diet as laid out in YJ's sticky in the diet section - you'll get more help and it will be easier for us etc...
