  • DBOL Question

    I have read up on DBOL and read many threads about how to use and when to use. From what I have read most people split up the dosage twice a day.

    So from what I understand the life of a dosage is about 3.5 to 4 hours. So my question is this, if your workout routine is one/two body parts a day and you take one day off to rest and hit the gym every other day. Do you actually take the dosage of dbol on your days off from the gym. It appears you are putting into your system and 4 hours or so later it is of not use. Or does it some how consistantly stay in the system that is why it is taken everyday.

    i would still take the dosages for the all 4 weeks i was taking it. But mine was dbol liquid form (refovit-b). I was taking 3 doses per day. Morning, mid-afternoon, and nights.

      bump yes take the Dbol ed even on off days m-f but you do not have to take on weekends i take mon-fri but not on weekends

        I suggest taking the same dose every day of the week while on cycle.

          yea some ppl do take it 7days a week but why waste it on sat and sun if your not training so i wouldnt worry about it well i dont.....but theres no harm in it 7 days a week is kool too....but about once a month ill have a cpl beers so i dont want the extra stress on my liver and kidneys so i go mon-fri

            Spread the dosages are far out as possible. And take them everyday for the entire duration, even on you days off from the gym. The point is to maintain a constant metabolic/anabolic level to promote constant muscle gain.

            Do more research.
