    hello bros and pros ;)
    I did my 2nd cycle of test-e 250 + deca 200 in 11 weeks and a 3 week pct containing nolva and clomid. I gained 20lbs and although I got some fat I'm happy with results.
    now I'm in second month after my pct. I've lost 3 lbs. This shows how my pct favored me.
    I have winny tabs. I would appreciate it if you guys tell me your opinion about how and when to take it. I think my test level is normal now.

      I'd hold off on the winny tabs a little longer...say until mid-May or June 1 (I like to see more time off then time on). During that time, I suggest getting ahold of some test prop, because you will most likely be disappointed by a winny only cycle. You never mentioned how many winny tabs you had, nor the strength of the tabs. Please post that information up, and it will be easier to suggest a nice summer cutting cycle that includes the winny orals.

        I would also say wait because not everything is back to normal again. You would had been better off to have ran the winny at the end of the last cycle, thats just me.

          it should have been ran at the end of the cycle bro the last 3 weeks of the cycle and for 3weeks after for a total of 6weeks thats how i do it.....to harden you up and help you keep your gains...then you could have went right into PCT

              time on = time off is a good rule for beginners to live by but different cycles take different time to recover from so its not true...the more advanced athlete will know that this is far from the truth........i have done cycles and its only taken a week to recover and i have done cycles that it has taken 3 months to recover it all depends on what your takingIt's unforunate that so many bros subscribe to "time on = time off" a phrase coined no doubt by some moron probably writeing for some muscle mag. The theory is absolutely worthless because of the number of variations each of use in a cycle and due to the types of various drugs. Do you believe that a six week cycle consisting of anadrol, winstrol, and halotstin, requires the same recovery peroid as a mild six week test only cycle.

                the guy is a beginner and if he dosnt get blood work id say time on is time off. but im with you that once you know your body that rule is out the door. i did a 6 month cycle last year it only took me 6 weeks to recover but i still took 4 months off.
