  • dbol working weird.....i'm at a loss

I have a friend who is on week 4 of 6 of his dblo only cycle. he was hoping for strength and size gains . week 1 30mg/day week 2 40mg/day and 3-6 @50. He has experiences not strength gains to speak of but he has put on 18lbs(mostley water by the looks of it). I was wondering what the reason would be for his unability to get stronger(besides the obvious, training, diet, sleep...) Has anyone experienced this before. I dont know if this has anything to do with it but when he was in high school, he mis-used anadrol for an extended period of time and wound up in the hospital for a week or more(liver issues i think he said) that was 8 years ago. could that have ruind the ability for something somewhat not as strong to work? just a stab in the dark. he is 27 now BTW. I know i will be asked why dbol only, he is scared of needles and dbol what the only oral he said could get his hands on at the time. I know it might be hard to assess this situation with the limited ammount of info given but right now i dont know much more. any help would be appreaciated

It just sounds like a case of someone not knowing what they're doing. You get what you put into it.

It sounds like your "Friend" needs to do some research before does himself any further harm

I know his training and diet are not up to the levels they should be. but he has gained some size and no strength. I just do see how that is possible. Then again he is the type of guy the would say he was training 110% every workout and spend 1/2 of the workout buggin other people trying to do their sets. I think he is a lost cause i just didnt think that even @ 50mg/day you wouldnt notice any strength gains.

what kind of strength gains has he experienced while training naturally? IMO if he doesn't know how to get stronger naturally, or what to do in order to make gains naturally, he won't succeed with gear. His dbol won't fill the gaps in his training; it'll just help him get there, once he's already on his way.

Also, I think that fear of needles, coupled with using only what you can get your hands on could set you up for a poorly designed cycle.

his strength gains naturally were small but steady but there are definatley holes in his training. Thanks for the replies everyone.
