ok i finally have everything for my cycle, and wish to start it this monday or the following, but if im supposed to take 1000mgs of milk thistle per day how long before my cycle should i start taking it and when should i stop afterwards?
yea i figured muscle thistle was a general product when i found it at GNC but shibby how long do you reccomend i continue taking my pct after my cycle?
ive been reading alot of other forums and found that some guys are getting better results on 10mgs/day of sd opposed to 30 or 40? has anyone else read this? could it have something to do with size of the user?
It's probably been at least 8 years since I used a PH. So I couldn't really tell you what's best. I'm sure there are other thread with what people did for PCT.

Start low and assess your tolerance. Like I said SD is a highly toxic drug and increasing the dosages will only increase toxicity. IMO there is no need to go above 20-30mg/day unless you are over 280lbs.
Make sure to keep track of you blood pressure. You should have preloaded the berries pre cycle because they can take 2 weeks to kick in. If you have elevated blood pressure I'd recommend mega dosing celery seed extract.
gear tripper...i have read alot of other forums and i have no idea if their users are tards or not but i have found the users if this site are the most mature and have the best knowledge of anabolics so i have more trust in their advice
