I have been searching to see what peoples experience when coming of clen was, how did you cope? ie up cardio, drop calories... how did people find it worked best? What sort of weight did you regain, if any?

I've read that if you eat a whole lot of protein when coming off (well, this is different, but) a contest diet, you will gain less fat than the control subjects did in their experiment, or something
The thing with fat burners is, you WILL experience a rebound effect, if even just in your metabolism slowing down

with clen I've never noticed a dramatic rebound effect.
