    ok people i am new to the site ive ben looking for a long time now and really are jealous of some of you im a real small guy have alot of problems gaining muscle and weight getting stronger but not bigger i used some sustonan but it was fake i have been gotten twice like this i reall wish yall were aloowed to let me know where to find this stuff lol i think im geting some stuf friday ill let yall know what it is it starts with a p i do know that ok what im wanting to knw is what do i need to eat to get bigger i have alot of problems on the money thing and it seems like everyone wants to get rich selling steriods but i have found a way to get some but its only a one shot deal lol im 6 foot 157 work out 6 days a week about maybe 1 to 2 hours i have gotten stronger but i cant get my bench up or any really visible gains i cant wait to see if im gonna get my crap where is all the people in the virgina area i wanan chat with people poke there minds ask questions i ahve my yahoo open man some of yall guys are just to big what im wanting to do is get to about 175 maybe one percent body fat extremly riped thats my goal and ive tried all that bull crap from gnc does not work so im cheating if thas what you wanna call it anyway any opions are welcome thanks

    Only warning......Do Not Make Posts inferring that you want anabolics. This is a board to talk about the topic and to help people so they do not hurt themselves.

    You have obviously not been looking on this site for a long time or you would know things like that are against the board rules. Now on the other hand I think you should leave all Anabolics alone and get your diet set up properly. If you don't mind could you post your current diet?

      sorry about that thats my problem i need help with the whole diet thing i cant seem to find anyone to help me with this im 155 6 foot and eat alot but not sure how or what to eat i need help and im justgeeting use to this so sorry about posting in wrong spot calm damn ill get the hang of it

        Go to the nutrition section and read the thread about calculating your Basal Metabolic Rate. That's a good place to start and you'll see how many calories you should be consuming daily. After that you can start reading labels on your food to give you an idea of where your at. A good rule of thumb is 7 grams of protein per ounce of cooked meat and then 4 calories per gram of carb/ 4 calories per gram of protein/ 9 calories per gram of fat.

            after you get your new gear dont use it put it some where safe and learn about diet the steroids will not work with out a good diet! and your goals are a lil extreme you wanna get to 1% BF that is almost impossible especially for any peroid of time! get your diet down then goto the training section to get your workout down. after all that break out your gear! good luck.

              Your problem sounds to me like your diet and also lack of effort. If your not even willing to research a proper diet how can you expect to put fourth the effort it takes to put on the size your looking for. You can't just jump to aas and expect to get big. If your 6ft and 155 you are not eating anywhere close to where you should be. You need to devote yourself to wanting to change and do the research needed to. It's alot of hard work and the more you educate yourself the better results you'll see. Your body is a reflection of your diet. If your not big enough your not eating enough. Put off the aas talk until you have reached a plateau your trying to get past, which should be a few years down the road. Good Luck on your research

                thanks alot yall i will do more rearch im at 6 percent body fat now thats pretty good i do work alot i have the work out rthing going good just need some tinkering or help lol i will do more research on my diet before i take my stuff

                  If you want to get big youre going to have to forget about having a really low bf% for a little while. I'm not saying you have to get fat but in order to get your body to change you have to give it lots of good food. I would suggest you do some reading about a bodybuilders diet and then post up one that you feel you can live with and stick to. Then you can get some real substantive suggestions.

                    Diet is CRITICAL, learn everything you can about bodybuilding nutrition and then apply it to your own needs and goals.
