It's been almost 2 months off my last cycle and man is it different! Recovery time, strength and weight all wen't down. I wen't from 212 down to 185! The worse part is of course the drop in weight/strength but the good part is that I cut up and got more vascular. The cool part of comming off to me is you get to see what you really accomplished when you lose all the water retention and bloat. My strength had wen't down some but thank god not like my weight. At one point it was like I turned into a bitch at the gym for about 2 weeks then everything started going back up gradualy. It's like when you train for a while and then take a long break and feel weak when you get back in training but you catch back up to where you left off quickly. If that makes sense.. Anyways I think im going to go natural for at least a year before I think about cycling again. I think it's a big head game too when you get off because you know you don't have that extra kick every week.

Before I even cycled I was 190 at 20% bf. I cut up first before I started cycling when I think I was around 160 lbs. My diet changed when I got off because I lost my apetite but still tried to eat as much as possible. I used clomid for 4 weeks and started pct about a week and a half after my last test shot. I keep training intense also and loaded up on creatine and weight gainer(which did nothing for weight).

Try using some OTC supps like Creatine, Glutamine and NO2 for a sharper training edge.Originally posted by 1badMFIt's been almost 2 months off my last cycle and man is it different! I add 5 grams of glutamine powder to my protein shakes and use it 3 or 4 times a day. I use NO2 also.
Does anyone use weight gainers? I'm not getting anything off of them except a full stomach. I think another thing for the big weight loss is that I used dbol at the end of the cycle where most people use it in the beginning.

i see what your sayin you do look better in the after picture. what ever your weight is realy doesnt matter as long as you like the way you look.Originally posted by 1badMFSomething like that. I think the weight I lost comming off was mostly water retention but I did lose some body fat in the process.

Well of course I wish I still had the recovery time and strength but I'm still getting complements and when it comes down to it, I'm not the least bit disapointed. Some of my friends tell me they can't tell a difference other than I'm more cut. Basicly now, I'm just packing as much food in me as I can. What pisses me off is when you wan't to lose weight, it can get tough but when you wan't to gain weight, it's extreamly harder.
