  • Gyno Surgery is a go

So just got back from the doctors... gyno surgery is a definite. May 25th is the surgery date, doctor said it would only be a small procedure about 90 minutes. The best thing about the whole procedure is insurance is going to cover most of it, the anestesia is the only thing coming out of my pocket. He told me to stay out of physical activity for around a week, which I'm planning to do. I know some of you fella's the had surgery, how long were you out of the weight room, and how long till you could do chest and back again? Also, its not a problem to run a few weeks after surgery, I have been clean for almost 16 months now, got some test E and Eq waiting for me... don't worry i have plenty of anti E's... what do you guys think?

    Thanks fellas...

How'd you get your insurance to pay for it. Most view it as cosmetic and not a necessity and hence don't pay for it.

My question as well. I have heard if you complain that your gyno is causing great pain, it could change how your procedures labeled for insurance.

thats exactly what happened, I told the doc it was unbearable and told him that obviously it wasnt from anabolics but it developed when i was going through puberty and have been bearing with the pain for a long time. I was lucky mainly doctors and insurance comapnies just see it as a cosmetic procedure and you pay for everything. If anyone is getting it, just really put on a good act, and do some research for the reasons that cause it other then anabolics and self-induced actions.

been there dude-had my surgery about 7 years ago. what i did was tell my doc i was a chubby little punk in my chidhood ( gynocomastia is common in fatties ) so i got my referal. they know better though-my specialist was teasing me about using gear but he was cool. as for time before training wait at least a month-i know your going FUCK!! but you need to let it heal. i only waited 2 weeks and the scars streched so don't rush it. good thing your clean- the increased blood volume won't help the surgeon one bit remember how close to the pump he'll be working guys.don't mean to scare you but it's not a pleasant opp-the injections burn like shit ( 4-6 of them around each nipple)and you can kinda feel him working-sorry. good luck!!
