  • What to take to get a lot faster

    Yeah im in track and i was wondering what i should take to really increase my speed. I heard i should take equipose but i just dont know. Thx.

      what you can "take" is hard work, practice, and dedication. after about 5-6 years of all that, then you can look to "take" something.

      no short cuts bro.

          Well, yea... I guess I should have said "Steroids help build muscle". I was making the point that no steroid itself is going to make you faster. Training to get faster will make you faster.

            clings, jerks, and push presses make you much faster. i train to explode. i all so use chains and high resistance ruberbands.

                  Now i dont disagree with bouncer and shibby, training, diet and dedication is the key ingridients but doesnt winny help increase red bloodcells, im not sure where i read it but wouldnt that help a bit in an endurance sport?

                    That's endurance, not speed. Speed is gained by training your fast twitch muscle fibers.

                        Dude i've been running my ass off in track for the last 6 years...i have gotten a lot faster but im to the point where im going off to run in college and i was just wondering if there was somehthing that would help my speed out a lot. Yes i do run my ass off so dont tell me thats what i need. If ya'll dont know anything that would help increase that do ya'll know some work outs that would train my fast twitch fibers or w/e you say?

                          ya allready posted some things you could add to your work out. if you are still in high school then you should WAIT A FEW MORE YEARS TO EVEN THINK ABOUT TRYING AAS. you may not think we're trying to help but we are looking out for you.
