ill be honest the IGF thing is because the only source i had has dissolved and as far as my cycles go. ive never ever done more than 500 mg test and maybe 400 eq a week. yes ive done between 8-10 small 10 week cycles over the last ten years keeping in mind i was 130 lbs when i started and i have been upwards of 200 lbs recently ive found my body fat to high for my taste so for the last 10 weeks i have concentrated very hard on cardio and diet although i look fairly cut i have also dropped round 20 lbs which is fine but im in need of a bulker very soon.

and without a doubt had i bumped my doses and stayed more consistant diet wise i would have easily hit 210 but there again my first 2-3 cycles i was just doing deca or just doing test not knowing any better those gains were minimal.

I think the reason why many users use IGF is not to get big but to us it as a bridge between cycles so they can still make gains till there next cycle thats what I do.

I also use it for pct to cut back on streangth loss and sometimes u could even gain some (so I've heard)

Many reasons people use igf, is because it is what growth hormone converts into. GH is a precursor to igf. The body breaks GH down into igf. So many people figure that's it's better to just bypass the precursor and go straight to the end chemical. However many don't really see the benefits of igf over gh.
