i never heard that one before! are you gettin it mixed up with slin where you need carbs? the best time for GH is when you wake up in the morning!

And you don't want to take GH before you go to sleep beings that your body releases it's greatest amount of GH in its first few hours of sleep.




I've never heard anything about avoiding carbs an hour prior or after your shot of GH.

Carbs has nothing to do with GH. I would suggest an AM shot and a shot about 4-5 hours before bed.
