Hi, I know this is the male board, but you all seem to respond sooner. I did a water and carb trick. I had not eaten carbs for about a month (meaning more than 30 per day). The last week I had none. I had my compitition on saturday night. I ate potatos and bread that night and today. I am really dizzy and my pulse is at 50. I am 5'7" and previously weighed 120. On compition I weighed 117. Today I am at 124. Is this normal?

I'm no doctor so take this with a grain of salt. your resting heart rate could easily be 50 if you have a good cardio base. when im vegging on the couch i've been as low as 45 but i do some serious cardio. I hae never tried to check my diet and what impact it has on hrt. the dizzieness should tell you something is seriously off.
