Using L-Taurine w/ clen

I recently ordered some clen from lion and it also had a bottle of L-Taurine in the box that was shipped (btw, thanks lion :staypuff: ). Which was sweet, but what is the recommended dosage for taurine while running clen? I'll be lattering the clen two weeks on/ two weeks off. With clen, I can't seem to ever take more than 80-100mcgs at time. Anyway, the site that i go to regularly for RDA's gives alot of good info on L-Taurine but doesn't give the recommended daily amount. Any info on this guys is appreciated.

3-5g daily
