I got great results the first time i used it when it was receptor grade, can't tell you about the media grade he has

Same for me awesome results with receptor grade. Am on Media grade now, 6 days into it so can't tell you much yet. I have ordered lots from Lion with no problems and don't question the authenticity of their products.

I don't think you are going to be happy with the results at 30 mcg/day. I didn't notice anything till I got around 50 mcg/day. You may want to start at 30 just to make sure it doesn't mess with your blood sugar, but I don't think you are going to see any results until you get to at least 50.
