Starting PCT Question

When suggested to start PCT 3 weeks after last shot. Does this means you wait 3 full weeks and start the beginning of the 4 week. Or does it mean you start at the beginning of week 3.

That depend entirely on what your cycle consists of. If you're running short esters than you wouldn't wait 3 weeks at all.

I think this is why I am a little confused. One answer was start the 3rd week(after 14 days) the other one said after 21 days which would be the start of the 4th week.

Any clarification would be greatly appreciated.

I would start on the 15th day after your last shot. Example:

Last Shot: June 1
Start PCT:June16


Typically people will start PCT with cyp around 14-21 days after your last dose.

I have played around with several theories. I get best results when on a long ester like cyp or enat on the 11th day after my last shot. I take 1500 on my 11th day, 1500 on my 16th day, 750 on my 21st and 750 on my 26th. i take nolva all the way thru then for 3 more weeks after my last hcg shot. My naturals when doing this after a 16 week cycle kicked back in on about day 31.

I'm going to be doing a similar cycle of EQ and cypionate. I'm going to be ending the cyp 2 weeks before the end of the EQ. When do you suggest starting the pct? I'm thinking the 21st day. By the way the cyp is 300 mg and EQ is 400 mg a week. Kind of confused about the esters, so don't know when to start.

How long is your cycle and why are you ending the cyp before the EQ?
