i have never used T-3 but am considering it here are my stats:
33 y/o
5'6"
190 lbs
12% bf
currently in the 4th week of 500 test cyp and 400 eq.
my question is if i use T-3 to take off a little more fat when i stop use will the fat come right back i dont know much about it and have always tried to stay away from it but want to know the positives and negatives of its use.
my diet as follows
8am
1 cup cracklin oat cereal
8 oz milk 2%
2 cups of apple sauce
10:30 am
1.5 oz raw almonds
12:00 noon
1 cup cracklin oat cereal
8 oz 2% milk
2:30
1 protein bar
5:00 pm
8 oz steak or fish or chicken
8:00 pm
1 cup sugar free jello
I am also doing cardio atleast 4x a week before breakfast.
