i'm starting igf1 monday and i plan to spot inject Post Workout with a 25g 5/8" pin. my question is should i shoot the muscle i just worked or like if i train bis should i shoot like tris or delts that day instead of the bis which have just been worked?
thanks guys for your answers, i don't really know all i should about the administration of this stuff and which is the most effective way as i've heard all kinds of opposing opinions on when and where is the best place to shoot.
