Ok - Again, I have read and read to not repeat a question and post something already out there...However, I have not found what I was seeking...I am mid 30's, eat clean, only negative is not enough H20 intake, workout is solid with high reps low weight - trying to tone up, lose weight - Cardio on top of the weights - I am still thick, med. frame - 5'1", 27%BF, 34Female, measure at 38- 29-40 - GOAL of 36-24-36 and 135 lbs - oh yeah - currently at 150 lbs - Have been there and will get there...I have serious muscle under the skin, not worried to lose any, would actually be OK - a Mary Lou, whatever her name is gymnist frame and could body build easy if dropped to 125 - 130. Anyway, have been suggested to try 100mg of Cytomel, T3...I had bloodwork just ran on Thyroid for overall evalualtion and it was in the normal but low range. (2.3) Normal is .25 - 5.2 per doc. Hate to screw up my body here but some stuff reads it works great, others scare me to death...Would Hydroxy or something else work with my diet and training better. I have done this so far. 1 day 25mg, 2 day 50 mg, 3 day 75mg and today a whole capsule at 100mg - Have not had any side effects...Should I throw this stuff away or give it a few weeks....

who ever told you to take T-3 at 100mgs should be shot in the face. hopefully you misunderstood them and they ment 100mcgs but that is still stupid. if you are not takin GH or not a pro bodybuilder i dont think you need T-3 your better of with a ECA stack and a better diet and cardio. there is no fast way to get to your goal you have to work for it.

You SHOULD NOT use T3. If you use T3, especially at a dose of 100mcg, you will lose significant lean mass (muscle)...not just fat. I don't recommend that anyone who's not on anabolics to protect their lean mass use T3.
You say you wouldn't mind losing some muscle...but that will be totally counterproductive to your goals, since having more lean mass raises your BMR...by losing lean mass, you'll find it even more difficult to lose fat!
Stick with cardio, clean diet, and thermos like ECA stack, yohimbine, and clen.
