  • MGF and IGF cycles: 3 different protocalls

I am curious as to what people think about PEGylated MGF vs regular MGF.

"Ok before I get into the details a few things to remember. MGF is a smaller splice variant of IGF-I, therefore the same mcg of MGF will yeild ahigher number of actual peptides that the same mcg of IGF-I, When you inject LR3IGF-I you are going into the blood stream and that 50mcg that you inj or whatever is being spread throughout the body.

I beleive the consesnsus for MGF is to be site specific meaning that whatever you inj is oigng to be rapidly picked up only by the binding protiens in that msucle and very little disperesed throught the rest of the body"

From reading this you can see why you should inject MGF locally to cause new muscle cells to grow in that particular muscle and why you should shoot IGF post work out in a different area to fuse and mature those ne cells before they die off(it is dipersed systimicaly and MGF only localy). Some may wonder why cant you shoot post workout in the same muscle. From what I have read MGF actualy inhibits IGF from working properly. I hope this makes sense.

Theres 3 protocols I would like feedback on.

    1) ED MGF administration

Take regular MGF 12 hours (night before) in muscles to be worked the next day.
Take IGF post workout (not in the same muscle!!!)

    2) Once a week MGF administration

Day 1 10 shots of MGF at 50 mcg one
each pec, bi, tri, shoulder, lat
    Day 2-6 50mcg IGF e/d
    Day 7 repeat MGF dosing
    Day 8-12 50mcg IGF e/d
    Day 13 Repeat MGF injections
    Day 14-18 Igf 50mcg e/d
    Day 19 repeat MGF
    Day 20-24 IGF 50mcg e/d

    3) This protocol is very similar to number 2 but with PEGylated MGF which increases half life to 1 wk

    Day 1-MGF injectoins
    wait 6 days
    Week 2(day 8-14)-IGF 50mcg e/d
1st day of week 3 MGF injections
    Week 4-IGF 50mcg e/d
and so on for 6 weeks total.

I believe with regular MGF I believe protocol 1 will work best if you can arange your workouts so you dont have to inject MGF and IGF in the same muscle within a 24 hour period

I also believe That protocol 3 with the PEGylated MGF will be the best overall stack and even though PEG MGF is more expensive, It will be much more cost effective to use due to only injecting once a week (it stays active in the tissue for roughly 6 days instead of 10-36 hrs like regular MGF), therefore not having to use as much of the peptide to be effective

Any opinions, experiences, ideas on other protocols

Sounds like the PEGylated MGF is the way to go.

No the Pegulated is not the way to go. 9-10 times the peptide is damaged in the prosess. This info comes via the patten holder.

THe pegulation has no effect on the prosess in the body.

I read that one can do 4 weeks on 2 weeks off, I thought the off time would be longer???
        any thoughts

Exactly. I'll stick with GH and gear. I was gonna try IGF, but I've heard too much negative shit...

Lion, where did you find that information about peptide damage? I have only recently been reading about MGF but alot of the information i have found says PEG is the way to go. Just trying to get to the bottom of things.

I reacted great from IGF, I love the stuff. Never will I ever do pct without it. The E3D protocol at 40-50mcg's is perfect. I plan on using MGF and IGF next cycle.

Can anyone answer this, I've heard from lion that pegylated MGF can be damaged, where as normal MGF is fine? anyone explain?
