Comming off Test.. PCT Question.

Ok guys, comming off test. Been on for about a year, before that I took a 6 month break. Anyway, I have been running a pretty low dose, (500mgs per week) for the last year. I feel its time to come off for awhile. Have to get my head back in order and feel that the best way to do that is to come off everything.

This is what my PCT looks like. Let me know what you think.

yo Bouncer... I think I was in a similar situation-- let me share my experience and see if this helps you derive your plan

after my last show I came off of everything for a short period- i did not follow the theory of "time on = time off"- (I was a hard head)

however, i was on Test running over 1g/week for at least a year and never came off ( i did use letro while i was on)-- i alternated between Cyp and Enanthate -- my concern was how long it would take for the boys to come back etc..

2 weeks after my last shot of test-- I used HCG ( i shot 10000 ius in the glute and five days later i shot another 10000) by the the second week i was back in action--- I also used Tamox the whole time @ 40mgs one drawback was that, this caused a little blurred vision-- once i lowered the dose it was back to normal-

here we are a month later--- had a panel done last week test levels are slightly low-- but nothing to cause concern and sex drive is normal again--

i am not a fan of clomid--- primarily because i get acne from it

So you would up the dose and run it longer or just up the dose?

I would not up the Nolva dose-- leave it there-- not sure about Clomid

Weeks 3-4 Clomid at 50mgs ED / Nolvadex at 20mgs ED

How about this/\You've been on gear for sometime now...I don't think clomid bothers you like it does to others...I think Nolva may not be needed here, no lumps right? Itchy nips? yadda yadda yadda :hmmm:

I have been on nolva all the way through the cycle. if i dont i get gyno.

Not to get gross, nasty or perverted...But a sure way to know if clomid is working(for those who don't react to it in a bad way)...When you're having sex with your gf or beating the monkey, watch and see how much semen you dispense...If you start to flow like a hose, you're clomid has kicked in:D

i usally run long cycles also my pct looks kind like yours
clomid/nolva
100mgs/40mgs 2 weeks
50mgs/20mgs 2 weeks
20mgs just nolva 1 more week
this usally works for me but i do use HCG durring cycle. you should of stayed on the GH untill PCT was over. i experminted one time no PCT at all and ran GH durring and after cycle i lost no size at all some strength and zero sex drive but like i said i was experminting. i will always have GH when comming off.

That's excatly what mine is going to look like when I come off in a couple weeks. Thinking about running some IGF as part of my PCT but unsure about that.

I dont know about that IGF idea bro. Same goes for the HGH idea. The reason we are comming off is to let or body get back to a normal state and recover. Adding in 1 more chemical will just delay your body from getting back to normal.

I used Anthony Roberts pct method after about a 2 year cycle and it worked like a charm, I am actually going to get checked out by the doc tomorrow morn. I would look into that method I thought it worked very well, I feel just fine and I have been off for over 2 months

Bouncer, your clomid/nolva regimen looks good. I would use 500iu HCG and 20mg of nolva a day for ten days before getting into it personally, but I'm sure you have your reasons for not running HCG.

Did you make gains over the last year? After a few months running test like that I have to add something or up the dose...
