I don't like using PH's ever. They are very hard on your body as it is, then you through something as strong as clen in there, you are just asking for trouble.

ya that makes sense i wont combine then two together. what else would u recommened takin with 1-ad? i know protein, and havent had good luck with creatine before?

1-ad puts alot of stress on your liver , kidneys , because it is a pill and not directly introduced to your body subq.

ya i know how it affects the liver a lot, i have taken similar products before was just wondering about stacking the two but i wont be doin that anymore
