If a person was stacking Winny with test on a cycle, when would be the best time of the day to take the Winny or does it matter? 2 (50 mg) BD tabs a day for 5 weeks on a test E 750mg wk.

Too much oral winstrol IMO. I would split one tab (so each piece is ~25mg) and take one in the morning and one later in the day to try and maintain reasonably consistent blood levels. So no more than 50mg/day for me, split dosed.
