gh and igf 1 at the same time?

i was wondering can gh and igf 1 lr3 be taken at the same time of day or does there have to be some time between shots ?

i took it both ways sometimes at the same time and others were different times. no problems or differences for me.

I take my GH in morning and my IGF1LR3 right before training injected IM into muscle group training.
